What we collect

sidestep is a B2B-facing site. We do not collect personal data from job seekers on sidestep.co. The only forms on this site are the community waitlist - name, email, community URL, and a few details about your audience. That data lives in our Supabase database and is used only to evaluate and onboard your community.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page visits. No personal identifiers are passed to it. You can block analytics with any standard browser extension or by using a browser that blocks third-party scripts.

Data we never sell

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers. If you embed sidestep on your community and your members refer candidates, those member records belong to you, not us.

Questions or removal requests

Email hi@sidestep.co and we'll delete any record we hold within seven days.
