What they'll be doing

i.e. what does their day to day look like, team size and management, who is their direct report and a little taste of targets and KPIs they will be focused on.

Landing page conversions - Ideation, Design, Copywriting, and Creation of new landing pages and additional marketing collateral, Trafficking, Execution and Analysis of A/B testing , and Optimization of existing web property and associated landing pages
Converting new account creations to patients
Own customer communication post-account creation (remarketing and retention): Owning of all post account sign-up and post-appointment- emails and SMS, Ideation and creation of new promotional campaigns to drive return visits, and Ideation and creation of customer lifecycle management email and SMS drip campaigns
Participate in messaging and strategy with the wider marketing team

Hard skills

Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.

3 - 5 years experience in web design and execution for customer acquisition, customer lifecycle management, customer retention, or a similar role.
Experience working at a startup or a small business
Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for maximum conversion
Experience in designing and executing targeted email campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of A/B testing, user experience, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling copy and communicate complex ideas effectively.
