Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.
10+ years marketing experience, and at least 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization. |
Knowledge of a modern CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a track record leveraging tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi touch campaigns. |
Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term impact and experience manipulating and analyzing data in Google Analytics and Mixpanel to draw insights and learnings and craft recommendations. |
Soft skills are non-technical, interpersonal skills. i.e. leadership, teamwork,problem solving, communication.
Data-driven and analytical skills and ability to easily work with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to execute opportunities that streamline and scale your programs. |
Creative self-starter that imagines and executes successful marketing programs through effective project management. |
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. |
Previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment (telehealth, fintech) a plus. |
