What they'll be doing

i.e. what does their day to day look like, team size and management, who is their direct report and a little taste of targets and KPIs they will be focused on.

Scale our Outbound Machine: Support our revenue goals by building and scaling a multichannel Outbound channel to bring brands to our doorstep.
Develop inbound capabilities: Develop and execute best-in-class inbound growth campaigns that allow us to grow sustainably.
Build the Growth Team at Polar: Use your expertise to build the growth function from scratch, ensuring we have the firepower to achieve ARR goals.
Enrich our Tech Stack: Build tools and automation that enable us to identify our ICPs and enable our sales team to close deals.

Hard skills

Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.

Youโ€™ve overseen the development of a Growth organisation (from Outbound to performance marketing) and love building teams of A-players.
Youโ€™ve had success implementing full-cycle growth campaigns for SaaS businesses that focus on both US & European markets.
