Overall responsible for demand generation, lead nurturing and assignment. |
Supporting Reapit’s Business Development Executives (BDEs) with a stream of high quality Marketing Qualified Leads, and ensuring they are equipped to follow-up with messaging that’s aligned with current marketing content and campaigns. |
Delivering a set number and value of Sales Opportunities per month, on schedule and on budget. |
Producing and executing on a demand generation plan with measurable outcomes, monitoring against targets and reporting progress to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). |
Planning, managing, and participating in in-person and virtual prospect and customer events. |
Developing and implementing content marketing and social media engagement strategies. |
Oveerseeing the marketing elements of Reapit’s partner program and developing joint marketing initiatives with key partners. |
Working with marketing teams in other regions to develop best practices. |
Building and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the marketing, sales, product and customer success teams. |
Supporting the Senior Director, Head of Marketing on all other aspects of marketing e.g. branding, website, corporate communications etc. |
Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.
A full-stack, digital-first marketer with a minimum of five years’ experience marketing to enterprise-level and SMB targets, in a B2B SaaS environment. |
Proven strong experience of developing and executing successful demand generation plans. |
A solid understanding of CMS (Webflow), CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot), Analytics (GA) and online advertising platforms. |
Experience planning, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social and retargeting. |
Experience organising and running in-person and virtual events. |
B2B technology sector experience essential, with PropTech experience beneficial |
Soft skills are non-technical, interpersonal skills. i.e. leadership, teamwork,problem solving, communication.
Have strong creative, technical and analytical skills. |
Solid people management experience. |
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of project ownership. |
Highly organised, logical, data-driven and process-focused, with strong attention to detail. |
Exceptional written English, with the ability to write coherent and pertinent reports and presentations. |
Financially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and media spend. |
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. |
Self-starter, able to take action with little direction; and to execute both independently and as part of a team. |
A highly collaborative style, suited to working with a geographically dispersed and cross-functional organisation. |
