Is an Ops-focused generalist rather than a deep specialist - B2B services background is ideal, as is knowledge of our key channels: LinkedIn, network, community and events. Performance marketing and SEO not so much. |
Soft skills are non-technical, interpersonal skills. i.e. leadership, teamwork,problem solving, communication.
Isn’t afraid to get stuck in - although we’re growing fast we’re still pretty small and organically funded so we get a lot done ourselves. |
