What they'll be doing

i.e. what does their day to day look like, team size and management, who is their direct report and a little taste of targets and KPIs they will be focused on.

Work with your team on the creation and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that exist to drive Marketing Qualified Lead & Product Qualified Lead growth
Manage the production and distribution of Stotles marketing content and collateral by working closely with our product, design, customer success and sales teams
Research and understand our target markets and the influencers in our space to determine what type of content will be most beneficial for attracting inbound leads and creating brand exposure -
Keep up to date with market trends to ensure we are the first player in our space releasing related, high-impact content. We want to be proactive, not reactive, and this hire would be responsible for ensuring that. -
Based on our long-term strategy and your own ideas, research and write effective content pieces that build audiences, generate engagement, drive traffic, encourage activation and generate a positive ROI -
Create and execute on 360 marketing campaigns across channels including email, website, PPC, events, SEO and more -
Find ways to leverage the data of our product to drive engagement at the top of funnel and activation with our freemium users -
Work with clients and brand partners to create co-marketing collateral and identify additional opportunities to increase Stotles’ exposure via mutually beneficial networks -
Measure and analyse day-to-day optimisation of channel performance to proactively recommend where opportunities exist for further optimisation and scalability -
Understand which of your efforts result in positive ROI and which need tweaking -
Deploy A/B testing strategies and execution to ensure we’re continuously learning and thinking ‘what more can we do?’ ##

Hard skills

Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.

- 1.5+ years’ of well-rounded experience across growth/marketing/product areas -
- Experience marketing in a B2B / SaaS start-up environment preferred -
- Bachelor’s degree or marketing/comms specific certificate (Reforge/General Assembly etc.) is desirable -
- Deep understanding of how to research, plan and write content that demands the attention of target audiences across multiple channels -
- Experience conducting research and extracting data to support the story you’re telling -
- Experience across an array of marketing tools including; Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Webflow, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Capterra (or equivalent) -

Soft skills

Soft skills are non-technical, interpersonal skills. i.e. leadership, teamwork,problem solving, communication.
