What they'll be doing

i.e. what does their day to day look like, team size and management, who is their direct report and a little taste of targets and KPIs they will be focused on.

Confidently lead nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns that can help tell our story authentically to the right audience.
Collaborate with our Product, Social, and Performance teams to create and execute influencer campaigns.
Identify and qualify new influencer talent
Review and ensure that creators create/publish content that meets our quality standards.
Negotiate and contract influencers on behalf of VEED, including securing advertising rights for the content, where relevant.
Create and deliver clear influencer campaign briefs - including messaging guidelines and key deliverables.
Facilitate product seeding, onboarding, and training as required.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and any agencies/intermediaries to ensure continued engagement and success.
Define clear campaign objectives and provide ongoing reviews of contracted deliverables.
Report on influencer performance (organic and paid). Monitor and analyze campaigns, identify successes and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build a measurement framework for influencer marketing, considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, enterprise leads and conversions.
Work with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch new ideas to influencers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing – and keep the team up-to-date too!

Hard skills

Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.

4+ years of experience in influencer marketing with proven experience in planning and managing influencer (including micro influencer) campaigns and longer-term strategies - including identifying and engaging with new influencers.
Active engagement with social media - experience in content creation or video editing is a plus.
Expertise working with influencers across multiple social media platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X. Paid social experience is beneficial.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong personal network within the space.
Strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools and technology that will help drive performance and analytics.
