What they'll be doing

i.e. what does their day to day look like, team size and management, who is their direct report and a little taste of targets and KPIs they will be focused on.

Build a clear understanding of the trading and consumer environment of each priority BMC (Drive, Develop Protect & Prospect in that order), to enable the development & delivery of stand-out Distribution, Visibility, Activation (DVA) plans that can be executed in partnership with & through our distribution partners.
Direct ownership of 2 territories incl. Middle East & India with a close partnership with the Commercial Manager to create and execute marketing plans supporting the commercial delivery of our brands.
Prioritise spend & activities in line with Brand-Market-Combinations (BMCโ€™s), managing Venture markets with a lighter touch. In all markets seeking to โ€˜steal & reapplyโ€™ before creating new activities.
Ensure brand discoverability on-line, applying the digital 1,2,3 framework. (easy to find, brilliantly displayed, well recommended).
Ensuring all strategies and activation tools comply with global brand guidelines and that best practice is shared across the team and business.
Provide motivation and direction to your direct reports and wider team by encouraging and supporting the achievement of goals through coaching, feedback, recognition and role modelling the right behaviours aligned to our values.

Hard skills

Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.

In depth marketing experience in brand and or customer marketing at an experienced manager level.
Experience across the marketing mix including the consumer and shopper funnel, along with the application of marketing metrics for measure and evaluation.
A track record in delivering brand and trade marketing activations.

Soft skills

Soft skills are non-technical, interpersonal skills. i.e. leadership, teamwork,problem solving, communication.

Previous drinks experience and/or previous experience within luxury brands, ideally in delivering in outlet execution is preferred.
International experience desirable.
