Ensure brand discoverability on-line, applying the digital 1,2,3 framework. (easy to find, brilliantly displayed, well recommended). |
Ensuring all strategies and activation tools comply with global brand guidelines and that best practice is shared across the team and business. |
Provide motivation and direction to your direct reports and wider team by encouraging and supporting the achievement of goals through coaching, feedback, recognition and role modelling the right behaviours aligned to our values. |
Hard skills are job or industry specific skills that can be easily measured through training and education. i.e. programming languages, CAD software proficiency, fluent German speaker.
In depth marketing experience in brand and or customer marketing at an experienced manager level. |
Experience across the marketing mix including the consumer and shopper funnel, along with the application of marketing metrics for measure and evaluation. |
A track record in delivering brand and trade marketing activations. |
Soft skills are non-technical, interpersonal skills. i.e. leadership, teamwork,problem solving, communication.
Previous drinks experience and/or previous experience within luxury brands, ideally in delivering in outlet execution is preferred. |
International experience desirable. |
